Free Shipping for orders over $1,000 HKD

Time and cost

Orders are processed within 5 business day. Products are shipped with the customer’s choice of delivery. Orders received on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or holidays are processed on the following business day.
Delivery options and cost of delivery are available for preview at checkout.
Arrival time of shipments may vary from all countries. Orders in Hong Kong take approximately 5 business days to arrive.
The cost of shipment for orders under $1000HKD in hongkong is $20HKD and for the rest of the world is $50HKD.

Tax

Items shipped to hong kong include taxes and duties within the stated product price. Customers from other countries may be charged for taxes, duties and import fees under their country’s law and will not be reimbursed by odbo.
When ordering within EU, all additional charges such as VAT/tax and duties are included in the given price.
When ordering in the US, Sales tax is applied to your order.
For orders to the US VAT/Tax and duties are included in the given price for orders under $800. For orders above $800 VAT/tax and duties will be applied.

Tracking

A Notification will be sent to your registered email at checkout, attached you will find a tracking number and a shipment tracking link.
You may click into the link, copy and paste the tracking number into the tracking page to view shipping status.
